Strikes by KLM ground staff at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport are scheduled from 6:00 to 14:00 on 1 October 2025.

A previous strike last week led to over 100 flight cancellations, costing KLM approximately €10m. Further disruptions are expected due to ongoing industrial action on Wednesday 24 September 2025.

The FNV union claims management has provided no alternative but to strike due to unresolved issues. KLM warns that continued strikes could jeopardise the airline’s financial stability.
