Big Mamma Group has revealed the opening of Gloria Osteria in Dublin for November 2025 at the former AIB branch on 41 Westmoreland Street.

The 180-seat restaurant adopts a 1970s-inspired Italian theme with decor by Studio Kiki, including handcrafted timber joinery from Arezzo and scarlet Jacopo Foggini chandeliers.

Head Chef Davide Migallo leads the menu of reimagined Italian classics using ingredients from 170 Italian artisans and local Irish produce.

Dishes include truffle-laced spaghettone, Guinness-braised ossobuco, and Incomparable Lemon Pie.

The space features a 22-cover private dining room in the restored 19th-century bank building.

Chef Enrico Pireddu shared: “Dublin is a city I love as it reminds us Italians of home, its strong sense of community and vibrant restaurant culture, which with the beautiful Gloria Osteria we hope to be a small part of.”
