Post-tax profits at Sociedade do Golfe da Quinta do Lago SA rose 52pc to £6.28m (€7.23m) for the year ending December 2024.
The profits mark an increase from £4.13m in 2023, with capital and reserves at £27.58m by period end.
Denis O’Brien acquired the resort in 1998 and expanded it to include three golf courses, hotels, a sports campus, and residential units.
The year coincided with O’Brien’s €200m purchase of Conrad Algarve in Quinta do Lago. Algarve Golf Courses Ltd recorded no profit in 2024 as it did not trade, maintaining net assets at £7.27m.
