Pastry Chef Maeve Walsh, with experience at Michelin-starred restaurants, curates a menu featuring savoury and sweet delights like Ballyhack Smoked Salmon and Mulled Wine Chocolate Tart.
The experience is served in the restored Afternoon Tea Room, surrounded by the historic beauty of Mount Congreve House.
