GO7 partnered with Klaviyo to launch Marketing Triggers, a marketing automation tool tailored for airlines integrating with the GO7 ecosystem.
It enables personalised, behaviour-based engagement from pre-booking to post-trip, boosting conversions, recovering abandoned bookings, and increasing ancillary revenue. Testing showed one airline cut bounce rates by 37pc, lifted conversions by 1pc, recovered 6-10pc of abandoned bookings, and gained 11pc more ancillary revenue per customer.
The solution uses advanced segmentation, omnichannel automation, and AI-driven flows without adding operational burden. It adapts Klaviyo’s B2C CRM to aviation for right-time messaging to travellers.
