AI Expo Europe has concluded its two-day conference at Amsterdam RAI, revealing insights from keynotes and panels attended by industry leaders from across Europe.
Discussions centred on business challenges driving automation adoption, with speakers outlining how integrated data transforms customer experience from reactive to proactive through real-time processing.
Speakers presented a comprehensive framework for executing a GenAI strategy, covering technical architecture, business alignment, cost optimisation and operational readiness, with measurable outcomes shared from real-world cases. Another session examined transforming data into a strategic asset, focusing on aligning analytics with organisational goals to maximise value. Andrei Loshchev, a cyber protection expert, detailed how the explosion of AI reshapes the threat landscape while enhancing real-time defence capabilities.
Alex Diaconu, co-founder of AiGIA Inc, showcased a secure infrastructure for decentralised AI, empowering individuals to own health data and engage in self-care, earning a spot as a WEF and HIMSS Changemaker in Health 2025 finalist. Panels identified key implementation hurdles, including technical integration and staff training, with success stories highlighting efficiency gains of up to 30pc in pilot projects.
Across Europe, more than 40pc of workers are already subject to some form of algorithmic management, according to a FEPS_Europe study Algorithm by and for Workers (2024). Algorithms now decide not only how tasks are distributed and monitored, but also how workers are evaluated,
The event drew 3,500 delegates, with 120 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge solutions.
Andrei shared “The explosion of AI dramatically changes the threat landscape but also the ability to defend against these threats in real time. I am devoted to empowering individuals to own and unlock the value of their health data.”
