Loftus Hall in Fethard, New Ross has been sold for €3m. The property has operated as tourist attraction with guided tours and seasonal events since Quigley family purchase in 2011.
The site is known for its haunting history and featured on international paranormal documentaries. The new plans are to convert the house to a luxury agri-based hotel.
