Travel Counsellors has agreed to acquire The Travel Agent Next Door on 3 December 2025.
The acquisition aimed to create a transatlantic leader with combined sales of approximately €1.8 bn. It would add 1,700 travel professionals to an enlarged community of over 3,900. Travel Counsellors achieved a total transaction value of €1.3 bn in the 12 months to 31 October 2025. The enlarged group expected EBITDA of approximately €59m in the next 12 months.
