Rock Farm Slane has earned official accreditation by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council.
The eco-tourism site operated on the Slane Castle Estate in Ireland’s Ancient East. The farm offered luxury yurts, shepherd’s huts, and six-bedroom houses. Facilities included wood-fired hot tubs and a sauna at a natural swimming pool. The accreditation recognised zero-waste policies and renewable energy systems.
Carina Conyngham shared “We’re thrilled to be officially GSTC-accredited – it reflects years of commitment to doing things differently.”
