Air Serbia has overhauled its frequent flyer programme with an AI-driven platform from Loyalty Juggernaut in March.
The new programme rewards passengers for flights, purchases, and daily engagement using Gravty technology. Air Serbia is partnering with the same company that powered Emirates Skywards and Riyadh Air programmes.
The launch coincides with preparations for Air Serbia’s centenary celebrations in 2027. Air Serbia carried around 4.4m travellers across more than 90 destinations last year.
