Airport operator daa earned €1.73m per week from car parks in 2025. Th Irish airport operator generated €90m in revenues from its car parks.
A newly published debt investor prospectus details the financial performance of the state-owned operator’s parking infrastructure across both Dublin and Cork airports:
The €90m figure represents a 3.4pc increase compared to car parking revenues recorded in 2024. Capacity and Per-Space Earnings: The group manages 27,049 public short- and long-term parking spaces. Each individual parking space generated an average of roughly €3,330 over the course of the year. Parking spaces are a key revenue driver, making up nearly 8pc of daa’s total 2025 group turnover, which reached €1.18 billion.
Beyond parking, daa reported €164m in revenue from “non-retail” concessions in 2025 (up 7.8pc from the previous year). This category covers activities such as car rentals, foreign exchange desks, executive airport lounges, fast-track security access, and campus property rentals. The company operates more than 27,000 car park spaces across Dublin and Cork airports.
