The NIMedia Irish Hotel Awards took place at The Johnstown Estate in Enfield, Co Meath, recognising hospitality professionals.
Hunters Yard Hotel at Mount Juliet Estate, Co Kilkenny, received the 5-Star Hotel award. Dingle Skellig Hotel, Co Kerry, won 4-Star Hotel of the Year, and Faithlegg, Co Waterford, secured 4-Star Luxury Hotel of the Year.
Awards covered categories such as Boutique Hotel, won by Elephant Rock Hotel, Co Antrim, and Spa Experience, awarded to Kilronan Castle Estate & Spa, Co Roscommon. The ceremony recognised contributions from general managers, chefs, housekeeping, and front-of-house staff across Ireland.
Menu on the night was provided by Dalcassian, Drumshanbo Gin, Ballymakenny Potatoes, Kitchingham Meats, Traditional Cheese Company, Quigley Meats, Bluebell Falls Goat’s Cheese, Johnson’s Coffee, Butlers Chocolates and O’Donnell’s Crisps.
