JetBlue has introduced new restaurant partnerships for its Mint premium cabin as Crown Shy, Birdee, Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que join the rotation. The airline schedules menus from Kent Hospitality Group and Four Clovers Hospitality Group to appear on domestic and transatlantic routes from 31 July.
The first menus draw from Crown Shy at 70 Pine Street in the Financial District and Birdee in Williamsburg. Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que join in early 2027. JetBlue treated food as part of Mint’s New York personality since the cabin arrived in 2014 with lie-flat seats and restaurant-style service on routes such as New York to Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Crown Shy brings Michelin-starred dishes while Birdee adds bakery items. The small-plates format lets passengers build meals. JetBlue adjusted service around departure times with breakfast, lunch, dinner and Savor & Sleep options.
