JetBlue opens Boston BlueHouse lounge and expands mint access

JetBlue opens its second BlueHouse lounge at Boston Logan Terminal C on 27 August 2026.
Complimentary access extends to all domestic and international Mint passengers plus Mosaic 4 and Premier Card holders.
The 12,000-square-foot facility features a residential design with a Nantucket Blue ceiling and local artwork.
Day passes range from $39 to $79 depending on loyalty status, excluding Blue Basic fare passengers.
The expansion marks a shift from previous policy that limited free lounge entry primarily to transatlantic premium flyers.

JetBlue has opened its second BlueHouse lounge at Boston Logan Terminal C on 27 August 2026, with the 12,000-square-foot space featuring local Boston-themed design elements. From the same date the airline extends complimentary lounge access to domestic Mint and Mint Flex passengers, in addition to international Mint travellers, Mosaic 4 members and JetBlue Premier Card holders. The facility at Gate C25 joins the original JetBlue lounge at New York’s JFK Airport to establish a growing premium network.

The access expansion represents a shift from previous policy, which limited free lounge entry primarily to top-tier loyalty members and transatlantic premium flyers. Standard Mint and Mint Flex ticket holders now receive complimentary access up to three hours before departure, including domestic premium flights where entry was previously restricted. A planned lower-fare Mint Base option, scheduled for launch, will exclude complimentary lounge access and free advance seat selection from its benefits package. Day-pass access remains available for purchase by Mosaic 1 and 2 members at $79 per person, Mosaic 3 members at $59, and JetBlue Plus and Business Card members at $79.

The BlueHouse Boston interior adopts a residential design concept with an oversized blue front door featuring a mail slot and peephole at the entrance. The central neighbourhood bar showcases a Nantucket Blue ceiling and lighting themed around Boston’s historic beacons. Multi-use rooms divide into zones designated for quiet work, dining and relaxation, with high-speed Wi-Fi, abundant charging outlets and complimentary chef-curated food and craft drinks provided throughout the space.
