Travel agents, cruise lines and partners are using use Cruise Week to share top travel offers, advice and personal experiences via social media, online platforms and consumer press. 

Lines have released short-term perks during the week such as free cabin upgrades, extra onboard credit, reduced solo supplements and drink package discounts. Led by managing director Andy Harmer, the campaign encourages even small-scale local agency activities to remind consumers of the broad appeal and value of a cruise holiday.

The Cruise Lines International Association is running Cruise Week from 14 to 20 September 2026 to promote cruising to travel agents and consumers. The initiative encourages sharing of offers, advice and experiences across the industry in England and Ireland. CLIA Cruise Week is an annual, agent-focused promotional campaign designed to highlight holiday options at sea and boost trade engagement.

The week coincides with the final deadline for applications to CLIA’s 2027 Cruise Champion training programmes for river and expedition cruising.
