Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has appointed Marc Kazlauskas as president.
Kazlauskas assumes the role on January 19, 2026. The executive succeeds David Herrera in an appointment the cruise line says aligns with newbuild programme execution. Mr Kazlauskas brings 30 years of experience in sales and operations.

Marc will be instrumental in further advancing the brand’s long-term performance and growth.”
