Following standard aviation metrics, a flight is recorded as “on-time” if it lands within 15 minutes of its scheduled arrival. Pegasus kept its cancellation rate at 0.26pc, making it one of the most reliable networks globally. In broader European network reports, Pegasus frequently shares top positions for regional punctuality, maintaining an average 78pc to 83pc arrival rate, significantly outperforming the overall European network average of approximately 69pc.

User reviews and local aviation data from platforms like Reddit routinely rank Pegasus as significantly more punctual and operations-stable than its low-cost domestic competitors like AJet. The airline serves destinations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia from its Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen hub.
