According to RwandAir social media posts, the A330-200 that arrived in Kigali on 24 August 2026 is 9XR-WS. The aircraft was built in 2009 and delivered new to Oman Air. The airline’s narrowbody fleet comprises six B737-800s and one B737-800 freighter. The active regional fleet includes one DHC-8-Q400, while another Q400 is parked, as are two CRJ900ERs since October 2025 and July 2025, as the airline phases out its CRJ900s as part of its fleet renewal strategy.
