Ryanair has welcomed the decision of the District Court for Poznań–Grunwald and Jeżyce to convict a passenger who disrupted a flight from Palma de Mallorca to Poznań on 8th June 2025. The passenger was found guilty of misconduct and received a fine of PLN 3,000, along with an order to pay PLN 2,500 directly to the affected crew member. The airline has reaffirmed its zero-tolerance policy on passenger misconduct in the wake of this court ruling.
The incident occurred on flight FR954, and the conviction serves as a legal affirmation of the airline’s stance on unruly behaviour.
