John Glynn has died at age 74 surrounded by his family. Mr Glynn is a former group general manager of Doyles Hotels and played a pivotal in establishing the Citywest hotel, Ireland’s largest at 492 rooms.
His later roles included manager of the Regency Hotel where he witnessed the 2016 shooting that escalated a gang war between the Hutch and Kinehan groups. Mr Glynn left behind a wife, four children, and grandchildren.
