
Filming for the Italian TV show Amarsi un po’ – Istruzioni per l’uso took place across Ireland, featuring locations such as Shannonbridge, Clonmacnoise, and Lough Key Forest & Activity Park.
The programme, airing on La7, focuses on health, wellness, and self-care, reaching approximately 2.7m viewers per episode. Activities filmed include kayaking on Lough Key, yoga on Ballydowane Beach, and cycling along the Waterford Greenway.
Four episodes, co-produced by Tourism Ireland, will promote Ireland as a destination for relaxation and outdoor activities. Presenters Samanta Togni and Massimiliano Rosolino visited key sites like Athlone Castle, Sean’s Bar, and Mount Congreve Gardens.
