Avalon Waterways revealed it hosted Irish travel agents on a familiarisation trip in late November 2025. Agents joined the Romantic Rhine for Wine Lovers itinerary aboard Avalon View.
The three-night sailing ran from Rüdesheim to Amsterdam with stays in Panorama Suites. Participants experienced onboard facilities and shore excursions including Christmas markets in Koblenz and a canal cruise in Amsterdam. Hosts included representatives from ASM Ireland.
