Florida Huddle 2026, the official travel trade show for Florida organised by VISIT FLORIDA, is taking place at the Hilton Orlando in Orlando.
The event serves as the premier appointment-based tradeshow, bringing together international and domestic tour operators, wholesalers, media, and Florida suppliers including CVBs, hotels, resorts, attractions, and theme parks. It runs concurrently with Florida Encounter, which focuses on the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions sector.
The programme features one-on-one appointments matched through an AI system after an initial request period, educational sessions, networking opportunities, and various activities. A tentative schedule includes registration opening early each day, breakfast sessions, appointment blocks, an international update from VISIT FLORIDA, and an opening evening event hosted by Visit Orlando described as a block party. Optional pre- and post-familiarisation trips cover destinations such as Greater Miami, Ocala/Marion County, Florida’s Sports Coast/Pasco County, and Martin County.
Additional side events include the AdventureCONNECT networking session on 2 February from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, hosted by the Adventure Travel Trade Association and VISIT FLORIDA,
