‘Locals spend more’ – Agoda message to Thai hotel business

Agoda has released a report titled “Tailored to Win: How Hotels are using Localisation to capture Asia’s tourism boom,” focusing on Thailand’s hospitality sector. 

The insights show that 92pc of Thai hotels in the early stages of localisation strategies experience higher guest spend amid accelerating intra-Asia travel. Hotels investing in tailored experiences and digital partnerships gain a competitive edge in a diverse market.
