The 2026 Corrib Oil Galway International Rally (31 January–1 February), generated over 2,000 bed-nights for hotels and guesthouses in the region.
The event’s service park at Galway Airport and finish at the Connacht Hotel drew competitors and spectators, providing a strong start to the tourism season and highlighting motorsport as a key draw for Galway.
