HBX Group has confirmed a seven-year preferred strategic partnership with Dida Holdings to enhance global travel distribution through integrated technology and AI-driven channels.

The agreement positions HBX Group as a key supply partner in Dida’s ecosystem, providing direct access to high-growth demand from China and Asia via mobile-first and AI-led platforms. Dida gains from HBX Group’s extensive global portfolio of premium and specialised accommodation with detailed content to optimise AI recommendation systems.

The collaboration focuses on deep technology alignment to support machine-to-machine distribution, real-time optimisation, and personalised traveller experiences across markets. Both companies will jointly develop fintech and payment solutions tailored to China’s digital ecosystem for improved cross-border efficiency. The partnership extends to innovation in agent-based bookings, automation, and future distribution models.

The arrangement combines HBX Group’s cloud-based technology, data capabilities, and network across more than 170 countries with Dida’s leadership in China’s B2B travel sector and AI-native platforms. The companies aim to scale demand generation, strengthen engagement, and accelerate growth for partners worldwide.

Daryl Lee shared “As travel distribution enters an AI-led, machine-to-machine era, long-term alignment matters more than breadth. This partnership reflects deliberate choices about how we build at an infrastructure level – not just the products we transact with. Together with HBX, we are laying down a foundation designed for the next decade of global travel.”

David Amsellem shared “Dida represents a unique convergence of China leadership, AI-ready distribution, and global reach. By formalising this long-term partnership, we are positioning our supply to perform where travel demand is heading, not where it has been.”
