AirBaltic welcomed its newest Airbus A220-300, registered YL-BTC, delivered to Riga at the start of February 2026. This marks the first A220 delivery of the year and the 53rd of the type in the fleet. The aircraft enhances capacity and efficiency on regional routes. It aligns with airBaltic’s ongoing fleet modernisation.
The A220’s arrival supports expanded operations and improved passenger comfort. As a key component of the airline’s all-A220 fleet strategy, it contributes to fuel savings and environmental goals.
