The Irish Hotels Federation has confirmed its Annual Conference will take place at the Gleneagle Hotel and INEC in Killarney, County Kerry, on Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 February 2026.
More than 300 hotel and guesthouse owners and managers from across Ireland will attend to discuss opportunities and challenges in the tourism and hospitality sector for 2026 and beyond. Topics include engaging Generation Z, navigating hospitality’s future, trends and AI, global developments, and tourism outlook.
The conference concludes with actor and musician Martin Kemp in conversation with broadcaster Claire Brock, reflecting on memorable experiences, hardships, and life learnings. IHF President Michael Magner and Chief Executive Paul Gallagher, along with regional spokespeople, will be accessible to media throughout the event.
