Sligo Park Hotel has received the Outstanding Employer Award from Fáilte Ireland for the fourth consecutive year.
The award recognised the highest honour in the Employer Excellence Programme. Employee engagement surveys and management training contributed to the result. The programme promoted excellence in the tourism industry through leadership and engagement.
The hotel maintains a culture of dialogue to support staff fulfilment and service quality.
