New Press Release: Bombardier Exceeds All 2025 Guidance Metrics, Successfully Completes its Turnaround Plan, and Sets 2026 Guidance for Strong Year Ahead (12 February 2026)

Bombardier has officially announced that it had exceeded all of its 2025 financial guidance metrics, successfully completing a five-year turnaround plan launched in 2021. 

The company’s full-year results surpassed targets across key growth and profitability indicators: 

  • Total Revenues: Reached $9.55bn, a 10pc year-over-year increase, exceeding the target of >$9.25bn.
  • Adjusted EBITDA: Rose to $1.56bn (16.3pc margin), surpassing the target of >$1.55bn.
  • Free Cash Flow: Jumped to $1.07bn, significantly higher than the guidance range of $500m to $800m.
  • Net Leverage Ratio: Improved to 1.9x, bettering the company’s target range of 2.0x to 2.5x.
  • Aircraft Deliveries: Totalled 157 units, exceeding the goal of >150 deliveries.

Key Growth Drivers 

  • Services Expansion: Aftermarket services reached an all-time high of $2.3bn in revenue, up 13pc year-over-year.
  • Defense Sector: Defense revenues surpassed $1bn, meeting long-term growth objectives several years ahead of schedule.
  • Order Backlog: The backlog grew by 22pc to $17.5bn, supported by a healthy unit book-

Following these results, Bombardier issued a bullish 2026 guidance projecting revenue of $10.0bn, adjusted EBITDA of $1.625bn and free cash flow of $600m to $1.0bn.
