India’s IndiGo Airlines will add a technical stop at Ras al Khaimah on its Istanbul route from Mumbai and Delhi effective 28 February 2026.
The adjustment follows the end of wet-leases for two B777-300ERs from Turkish Airlines by March 2026. The one-stop A320 service will continue until the arrival of a second A321-200NY(XLR) by late March.
The airline has launched a hiring drive for over 1,000 pilots after crew shortages disrupted operations in December 2025. Regulatory probes noted mismatches in hiring and growth.
