AE Expeditions is offering its Shackleton’s Footsteps voyage departing November 8 2026 with a discounted price of €19,300 for an Aurora Stateroom twin share from an original €27,600.
The twenty-day itinerary allowed participants to attempt Shackleton’s Crossing across South Georgia a thirty-five to fifty kilometre trek over two to three days led by experts.
The voyage visited the Weddell Sea Elephant Island and South Georgia for wildlife viewing including penguins and seals. AE Expeditions provided the only operator option for completing the full crossing. Guests followed Shackleton’s epic 1916 traverse from King Haakon Bay to Stromness.
