Avora Residences has acquired Seven Seas Navigator from Regent Seven Seas Cruises for conversion into residential ship Avora Lumina debuting January 2028.
The vessel underwent full residential conversion with 242 residences from 300 to 1,173 square feet. Ownership options included life-of-ship from $545,000 to $4.2m and five-year programme from $219,600. A three-year global circumnavigation launched from Lisbon visiting over 140 countries and 400 destinations.
Avora maintained operational standards through agreement with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. Upgrades featured personalised spaces business centre and extended port stays up to five days.
