Eurostars has opened the first five-star hotel in Valladolid on 5 March 2026, expanding luxury offerings in the region.
This follows other developments like Best Hotels inaugurating a four-star resort in Costa de la Luz and B&B Hotels strengthening presence in Galicia with a new property in a commercial park.
Meanwhile, Hotei Properties sold the Melia Bilbao for 63m euros, and Room00 invested €12m in repositioning Rome’s Mecenate Palace Hotel, reflecting active investment in hospitality infrastructure.
