Taoiseach Micheál Martin travels to Washington DC on Friday to meet US President Donald Trump on Saint Patrick’s Day while over forty ministers and representatives head to more than fifty countries worldwide.
The visits feature shamrock presentations and cultural engagements to strengthen ties and promote Irish interests abroad amid ongoing global tensions. Official delegations are focussing on tourism promotion and business networking in key markets.
