A US federal judge has certified a class action for Boeing shareholders from 7 November 2018 to 18 October 2019.

The plaintiffs allege misleading statements on 737 MAX safety after crashes and claim that executives inflated stock prices.

Judge Franklin Valderrama has approved out-of-pocket losses methodology of the case, allowing claims to proceed against Boeing and former executives.
