Air France has continued its collaboration with Nina Métayer for long-haul Business Class passengers. The airline has introduced a new collection of desserts from April 2026. Nina Métayer has created two new additions including a raspberry and coconut slice and a lemon and verbena slice.
The creations have formed part of Air France’s effort to present contemporary French gastronomy on board alongside dishes by Régis Marcon. Each dessert has received special design for enjoyment at altitude on flights departing from Paris. The partnership with the World’s Best Pastry Chef 2023 has built on previous work since 2024.
Régis Marcon has developed the main Business Class menu with inspiration from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The airline has sourced meat, poultry, dairy products and eggs from French origin while fish has come from sustainable or French fisheries. Air France has offered pre-selection of the main dish up to 24 hours before departure to reduce food waste.
Nina Métayer shared “I designed these desserts to be true travel companions.”
