Participants have engaged in movement, mindfulness and food experiences including forest bathing, yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong and foraging. Headline sessions have featured Dr Mark Rowe on Saturday and April Brophy on Sunday. The event has included a Healthy Mindful Eating talk by resident chef J.B. Dubois and a sharing brunch at the Stables Café on Sunday morning.

Tickets have started from €44 per person with the brunch option priced at €25. Accommodation options on the estate have allowed visitors to extend their stay. The festival has followed Mount Congreve’s estate-to-plate approach with seasonal produce from the gardens.
