Lough Erne Resort concierge Neal Graham has been awarded membership of Les Clefs d’Or. Neal received the golden crossed keys after a five-year process that assessed his local expertise and international hospitality standards. He progressed through guest-facing roles during 16 years at the resort.

Neal often welcomes guests on arrival and delivers personalised service based on local knowledge. His achievement adds to the resort’s reputation in the Fermanagh Lakelands. Les Clefs d’Or maintains over 4,000 members in more than 80 countries.
