Avalon House Hotel has introduced the La Rive Sauna as part of its wellness offering. The hotel in Castlecomer, Co Kilkenny, launched a Summer Wellness Reset package that includes dinner, bed and breakfast with sauna access. Rates start from €199 per room for two people sharing per night, with sauna and jacuzzi passes at €15 per person.
The 19th-century manor house added contrast therapy sessions in a woodland setting. Guests access the sauna alongside existing facilities including Lil’s Restaurant and Lark’s Bar. The package remains available throughout summer 2026.
The hotel incorporated hot and cold therapy into guest experiences.
