Global Hotel Alliance has added four new hotel brands to its portfolio and expanded the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme. The additions include Almanac Hotels, Regal Hotels, STORY Hotels and TemptingPlaces Collection with 22 properties across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The move strengthens presence in cities such as Hong Kong, Barcelona, Vienna and Prague.
Chris Hartley confirmed the expansion diversifies the alliance for over 35 million members. New openings since the start of 2026 include Capella Kyoto and Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi. The alliance now covers over 1,000 hotels in 100 countries.
GHA DISCOVERY members receive recognition, D$ rewards and experiences. The programme remains free to join via the app or website. Officials highlighted unique identities of the new brands.
