CLIA London office has revealed multiple new initiatives and events for travel agents at its annual conference in Southampton. Over 800 delegates attended the event which runs until 6 June 2026. The announcements focus on training, ship visits and specialist forums throughout 2026.
The second cohort of CLIA Cruise Champions graduates on 26 June. The Expedition Showcase returns to Svalbard in July with five ships available for inspection. A Luxury Cruise Summit takes place on 4 September in Southampton and new forums for river cruises and small ships occur in October.
A ‘Seattle Awaits’ fam trip launches for senior agents later in 2026. Delegates also participated in a charity bike ride in the New Forest that raised funds for the Family Holiday Charity. Six cruise ships hosted visits during the conference.
