Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa has completed refurbishment of 12 Garden Suites alongside new culinary experiences led by executive head chef Cyrille Durand. The hotel shares that this transformation marks a new era of elevated lakeside luxury for the five-star property, blending high-end design with sustainable hospitality.

The 12 suites were redesigned by Cantrell & Crowley in partnership with Nordic Elements.  A combination of Scandinavian simplicity and Danish mid-century furniture. Spacious living areas accented with natural textures and refined craftsmanship. Bedrooms have spa-inspired layouts designed for complete relaxation. The suites have completely eliminated single-use plastics, opting instead for 100% natural, vegan, and handmade Irish room amenities crafted by Peigín Crowley.

Alongside the room unveilings, newly appointed Executive Head Chef Cyrille Durand has introduced elevated dining experiences across the property. The lake room restaurant menus focus heavily on foraged ingredients and seasonal produce sourced locally around Kerry. Four-course afternoon tea has been reimagined as an individually curated four-course journey highlighting delicate artisan pastries.

Led by Spa Manager Lorna Jankovic, The Spa at Aghadoe has expanded its advanced luxury therapies. Touch-free treatment beds feature the MLX i3Dome (far-infrared, plasma, and light therapy for detoxification) and the Welnamis bed (acoustic vibration and binaural sound therapy). The spa staff has completed specialized oncology wellness training to deliver customized, inclusive care for guests undergoing or recovering from cancer treatments.
