Carnival’s London office has realigned leadership roles across Cunard and P&O Cruises.

Paul Ludlow now serves as president of Cunard in addition to his existing responsibilities for Carnival and P&O Cruises. 

The changes ttake place to create new cross brand teams for faster decision making. Katie McAlister moves into the role of chief commerce officer for Carnival.

Stuart Allison expands his remit as chief commercial officer for both brands. Chris Lees continues as chief experience officer with broader responsibilities. The restructuring includes consultation with staff on new team structures.

Paul Ludlow outlined the benefits of shared approaches between the two cruise lines. The adjustments aim to sharpen focus on each brand while improving collaboration. Remaining executives including Steve Capper and Helen Adams keep their current roles.
