Disney Cruise Line has scheduled maintenance that makes the reservation system temporarily unavailable. The booking engine goes offline from 4 AM EDT on 9 July 2026 until 4 AM EDT on 10 July 2026. Guests cannot make or access reservations online or through the contact centre during this period.
Online check-in cruise activity bookings and port adventure reservations also remain unavailable. Passengers with final payments or deposits due in this window receive an extension until 11 July 2026 at 10 PM EDT. The maintenance affects Disney Cruise Line services in early July 2026.
Disney Cruise Line confirmed the planned work on its website. The system returns to full operation after the maintenance window closes.
Disney shared “During this time guests will not be able to make or access a reservation online or through our contact centre.”
