Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel Collection has expanded its wellness offering with two new experiences across Dublin and Wicklow. The additions include The Studio at Fitzpatrick’s, a purpose built six bed reformer Pilates studio at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Killiney, and a new outdoor sauna and ice bath experience at Woodenbridge Hotel & Lodge in Avoca, County Wicklow. The facilities build on the group’s existing leisure offerings and reflect growing demand for wellness experiences among both hotel guests and local communities.
The Global Wellness Institute has projected the wellness sector will exceed $1.3 trillion by 2028. Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel’s existing leisure facilities include three padel courts, a fully equipped fitness club, a 20 metre indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a programme of fitness classes. The Studio will offer two class formats: Reformer Foundations for beginners and Signature Reformer – All Levels for a full body class.
