Sidekick, a new all-day casual dining concept, will open on 31 July at The Dean Docklands in Dublin and The Dean Galway. The menu focuses on wing-led comfort food, massive sharing plates and creative late-night cocktails. Signature wings are fried fresh and served with Buffalo, Spicy BBQ or Gochujang glazes.

Stacked burgers include the Double Down Smash Burger and the pretzel-bun-based Sidechick Burger featuring chipotle ranch slaw. Sharing plates include meat platters loaded with BBQ pork ribs, beef brisket, crispy chicken and brisket waffle fries. Lighter options include Cobb salads and superfood salads. The drink menu features frozen slushies like the Frozen Hot Chick alongside craft mixes like the Hot Honey Marg and Dirty Irish Sidecar.

The Galway location features bookable alfresco shuffleboard lanes. The launch will feature a lively, music-focused atmosphere with live DJs, giveaways and pop-up partnerships planned throughout the year.
