Marriott International has partnered with Catalonia Hotels and Resorts to develop two new all inclusive properties.
A former Catalonia site in Montego Bay, Jamaica, will convert into a Marriott Hotels all inclusive resort opening in 2028.
An Autograph Collection all inclusive resort will open in Zanzibar, Tanzania, in 2027, featuring pools, a spa, theatre, and oceanfront facilities. The projects strengthen Marriott’s presence in the growing all inclusive segment for leisure travellers.
