Travelport has appointed Kenneth Johansen as its new Chief Revenue Officer, effective 27 July 2026. He will lead the company’s commercial organisation, with responsibility for the agency, operator and travel partner channels. The appointment comes as Travelport continues to scale its modern retailing platform globally and builds on the momentum of its TripServices and recent partnership announcements.
John Mangelaars, CEO of Travelport, confirmed that Johansen brings a strong combination of large-scale P&L leadership and a hands-on approach to customer relationships. He stated that Johansen’s track record in building high-performing commercial teams made him the right leader to accelerate the commercial strategy. Johansen joins Travelport from Oracle, where he served as Senior Vice President for Technology in Europe North and previously as CEO of Oracle Japan.
In a related appointment effective 1 August, Jason Toothman has been named Chief Strategic Accounts Officer, leading the relationship with the company’s largest customers. Kenneth Johansen expressed his anticipation to work closely with agency, operator and travel partner customers to build on the company’s momentum. Travelport operates in more than 165 countries and is headquartered in London.
