Hilton has announced the signing of three new lifestyle properties across Southeast Asia, expanding its footprints in major tourism hotspots across Thailand and the Maldives. This expansion aligns with Hilton’s regional goal to surpass 250 luxury and lifestyle properties in Asia-Pacific. The 246-room Andamanda Voyage in Phuket is scheduled to open by the end of 2026, marking the debut of the Curio Collection brand in Phuket. It will be situated directly within the Andamanda Waterpark complex in Kathu. The 65-room Tapestry Collection property in Chiang Mai will be housed inside a carefully preserved historic building in the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 75-key Coco de Mer Maldives is set to open in June 2027, located just 25 minutes by speedboat from Malé International Airport.

The expansion reflects a strategic effort to meet a growing demand for distinctive, experience-driven stays in sought-after destinations. These additions build upon other recent high-profile pipeline developments in the region, such as the debut of Tempo by Hilton in China and the opening of Kahavadi Chiang Rai, Curio Collection by Hilton. Hilton has not confirmed the specific loyalty benefits for these new hotels under the Hilton Honors program.
